Mr. Hertel will deliver a talk titled: \u201cOne-Way Mirror: The US public needs to understand the importance of its relationship with Canada.&#8221;&nbsp; <b>Tuesday, June 11; <\/b><b>Room 2434R (Mezzanine floor \u2013 2R), River Building; He is a founder and Vice President of the International Election Monitors Institute, and is President of the U.S. Association of former Members of Congress.&nbsp; He is currently a partner with the Washington, D.C. firm The Livingston Group.&nbsp;
