Nitze School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University.&nbsp; Though the main campus of Johns Hopkins is in Baltimore, the&nbsp;School of Advanced International Studies is located in Washington, D.C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rapha\u00ebl chose Johns Hopkins because it will allow him to specialize in International Economics, Canadian Studies and American Foreign Policy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Washington D.C. will be an excellent venue to explore the rise in provincial and state involvement in the foreign policies of both Canada and the United States,&#8221; he says,&nbsp;&#8220;and&nbsp;ultimately I intend to&nbsp;assess the impact of this phenomenon on Canada-US relations.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A former House of Commons Page,&nbsp;Rapha\u00ebl was also selected for an Ontario Graduate Scholarship, which he will decline in order to take the Fulbright.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>2012 B.PAPM graduate Rapha\u00ebl Gu\u00e9vin-Nicoloff has been awarded a Fulbright fellowship to pursue his Master&#8217;s degree in International Relations at the Paul H.
