Cathy is known for building strong, collaborative relationships that make space for open dialogue and shared problem\u2011solving. She helps teams understand and communicate the value of their work by using strategic planning, intentional design, and clear communication. Her work supports high\u2011impact accessibility initiatives across the institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In her current role, Cathy leads action\u2011oriented projects, contributes to accessibility\u2011focused research, and helps bring knowledge into practice. Her practical, research\u2011informed approach connects design, accessibility, and policy to help create environments where everyone can participate and thrive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cathy holds a Master\u2019s degree in design.
