CCOC is hiring a Development Officer to assist in developing new affordable housing for both CCOC and the Centretown Affordable Housing Development Corporation (CAHDCO).<\/p>\n

Development Officers are comfortable with big numbers, and are self-starters with strong organizational skills and project management experience.<\/p>\n

Development Officers support the CCOC development committee & CAHDCO board of directors in planning for new affordable housing. The officer also performs the administration of affordable housing construction projects, including monitoring schedule and budget.<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS
\n\u2022 Experience in architectural design, real estate development and municipal land use planning
