She researches how organizations measure and report their impacts on society. Her research has won international awards. She is recognized for her work on standard setting in the social impact arena. She has a MSc from the London School of Economics and a PhD from the Schulich School of Business at York University. She serves on the boards of Social Value Canada and Social Value International. She sits on the UN SDG Impact Investment Fund Research Council.
